To perpetuate the great spirit of the War of Resistance and further enhance all employees' sense of national pride and patriotic sentiment, on the morning of 3rd September, the company organised all staff to watch the live broadcast of the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Together, they witnessed this solemn occasion and drew inspiration for their endeavours.

         This event features multiple designated viewing areas: the main conference room on the first floor of headquarters will accommodate Party members and senior management personnel; the canteen on the first floor of the old factory building will serve production departments including workshops and the Valve Division; the headquarters canteen on the first floor will host administrative, HR, marketing, finance, and R&D departments. Headquarters Conference Rooms 315|316 served the Design Division. Simultaneously, dedicated viewing rooms were established at Huazhi Company's Binhai Headquarters, the Beijing Consulting Team, and the Lanzhou Branch. Those unable to attend centrally could watch via mobile devices or computers. The company permitted employees to choose their viewing method where work commitments allowed.

         As the national flag rose, all staff and management stood to sing the national anthem. When the imposing parade contingents marched with resolute steps past the reviewing stand, and when the advanced defence equipment made its spirited appearance, employees at every viewing point held their breath, gazing intently, their hearts swelling with emotion. The spirited demeanour of the troops and the imposing presence of the nation's formidable military hardware profoundly moved everyone. Following the viewing, attendees unanimously expressed that this parade served as both a tribute to history and a declaration for the future, demonstrating the Chinese people's formidable capability to deter conflict through strength. Party members, cadres, and all employees gained a deeper understanding of the corporate mission ‘Serving the Nation through Industry, Serving Energy through Service.’ They resolved to align their individual work and the company's endeavours with the nation's destiny, contributing BEST's strength to the mighty current of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation.
